The fourth trimester is a time of transition and of healing

As a postpartum doula, I am here to support you during this unique phase of life, with caring and expertise, a listening ear, and practical help with day-to-day tasks, infant care, and more.

Whether you’re looking for nourishing home-cooked meals, a trusted set of hands to care for your newborn while you care for yourself, help finding new rythyms, or a mixture of all these things, I will be present in helping and holding it all with you.

Services Include:

  • Support for birth recovery

  • Newborn sleep and soothing techniques

  • Home organization as you settle into your new flow

  • Running Errands

  • Light housekeeping (dishes, vacuuming, laundry)

  • Meal preparation

Rates

A la carte

$40/hour (3 hour minimum per visit)

Packages of 24+ hours

$35/hour

I believe that doula support should be accessible and affordable to all families, regardless of income. While I am not currently able to offer sliding scale services, my aim is to slowly build a fund that will allow me to offer reduced cost care in the future.
